- Hyperparathyroidism (probably caused by bisphosphonate use)
- Hypothyroidism
- Lymphoedema (right arm/hand, caused by breast cancer surgery)
- Migraine
- Mitral Valve Regurgitation
- Osteoporosis
- Tinnitus
Medication (Regular)
- Calceos (calcium 500 mg, vitamin D3 400 IU/10 mcg): daily
- Colecalciferol/Vitamin D3 (1000 IU/25 mcg): daily
- FerroEss (ferrous fumarate 210 mg): daily
- Levothyroxine (50/75 mcg): alternating daily
- Vagifem (estradiol 10 mcg): twice a week for 12 weeks (alternating with Yes)
- Yes Vaginal Moisturiser: 2–3 times a week for 12 weeks (alternating with Vagifem)
- Zoledronic Acid (annual infusion for three years)
Medication (As Needed)
- Cetirizine (10 mg)
- Excedrin Migraine (acetaminophen 250 mg, aspirin 250 mg, caffeine 65 mg)
- Esomeprazole (20 mg) or Lansoprazole (15 mg) or Omeprazole (20 mg)
- Ibuprofen (200 mg)
- Pepcid (famotidine 10 mg)
- Prochlorperazine Maleate (3 mg buccal tablet)

- Penicillin
- Sulfamethoxazole-Trimethoprim (Co-Trimoxazole)
Sensitivities
- Aspartame/E951 (migraine trigger)
- Diphenhydramine (paradoxical reaction of insomnia and parathesia)
- Erythromycin (nausea, vomiting)
- Mannitol/E421 (migraine trigger)
- Opiods (nausea, vomiting)
- Saccharin/E954 (migraine trigger)
